Inadequate Parking and Sound Insulation

Good food, but don't dine at peak times if you can help it. Drove around the parking lot for 10 minutes to find a spot, waited a half hour for a table, then were seated in the back "party room" with many raucus loud, groups. It was so loud the server could not hear our orders, and we ended up with the wrong meals. No one wanted to spend one extra minute in that room, so we ate whatever they brought and left quickly. I will think twice before returning.

Between the metromix review of...

Between the metromix review of the food and the one other review of this location, I really expected to be WOWED by the burger. I wasn't. I've gotten as good if not a better burger at any Lone Star, Chili's or Fudrucker's restaurant in the area. Hopefully the fries are better than the onion rings. There were plenty of rings and they were hot but they tasted like stale oil. Overall, I'd say too much hype for the quality of food we got. The restaurant is noisy and the servers stretched very thin. We were there on a Sunday afternoon after a Bear's loss so the parking wasn't a problem at all.

The location is a nightmare,...

The location is a nightmare, parking is not adequate and the businesses located on either side absolutely will TOW YOUR CAR.On a recent Saturday, we were 1 of 5 cars towed from the Japanese market next door. $150 to get our car back even though the towing signs had been ripped down on the previous night. However, food is terrific. Burgers are huge, pork chops were perfectly cooked, salads were fresh and generous in size and the cole slaw is the best I have ever tasted. BUT service is terrible. We waited 15 minutes, at a table in the middle of the restaurant to be noticed. We had to contact the manager to get drinks and repeatedly had to ask bus boys to find our waiter for more drinks. I will NEVER eat IN this restaurant again, but would pick up the cole slaw or burgers to go.
