This place has great pizza, i would recommend ordering your own over slices, sometimes the slices aren't that fresh, but the slices are still great. There are some tables you can sit at but not really a dine-in kind of place

The ambiance for a walk up pizza place is great. Its pretty small but very clean and a TV to watch while you wait for your pizza to go. The pizza is excellent and way above average for the neighborhood. No more Chicago Pizza, Gino's or Lou's for this girl Fogo 2 Go blows them away no comparison. The ingredents are fresh never frozen and the prices are reasonable and the taste will keep me coming back for hopefully years to come. The owner is nice and helpful I think my only complaint was that one of the workers was cleaning the bar area with windex while people were trying to eat. They need to wait to wipe down the counters until people are done or do it much faster then he was. Overall this place is amazing I hear the chicken is even better. Go check it out as we want this place to stay.

My girlfriend and I decided to find a bite to eat; we went up to the northside, after reading about this incredible Brazilian/pizza spot on Diversey.

It was well worth the quick drive down the LSD! A really extensive menu selection with all sorts of combinations. What's great is that the staff was open to letting us suggest which topics we wanted. Moreover, they also told us of some of the "favorites". This place has been open only a week or so! While we were there, the "chef", Omar, made a fantastic creation of lots of wonderful toppings (I forget them all..) Some patron came in just a few minutes later and bought the WHOLE thing; it had been presented to sell in slices. Incredible.

We took a half BBQ Chicken / half Peru, for the first order. It was so great, we ordered a 2nd pizza (at half price) to take with us! That one was half Chicken Brazil / half Margerita. I'm saving it for tomorrow's lunch.

This is a really great place, though seating is limited and quite small. We enjoyed sitting before the preparation space. The staff, Richie and Pedro, as well as Omar, are really great guys with wonderful attitudes and very helpful dispositions. This place will do quite, quite well, we think.

And, we'll be making the short drive down the lake front, again!
