Serving until 3 a.m. during the week and 5 a.m. on weekends, this spot from owner Julio Nepomiachi who also owns Tonic Room across the street, has1,500-pound smokers will be smoking 'round the clock, as the brisket takes 16 to 18 hours to cook. Chorizo and chimichurri sauce from Nepomiachi's native Argentina are also on menu, as well as burgers, soups and salads. Expect friendly counter service at this brightly colored BYO, which has both booths and counter seating.
