Most Jefferson Park residents know this is the place to go for some of the best fallin'-off-the-bone-style ribs in Chicago. The restaurant has been serving up its special brand of ribs for more than 30 years at its cozy location off Gale Street. "You can't beat our place for tender ribs," says owner George Karzas. Neighbors aren't the only regulars at the eatery; it also draws a fair share of hungry commuters from the Jefferson Park train station across the street, as well as cops who wander in from the Gale Street station. Karzas said the restaurant is also known for its "great steak and grilled fish," as well as daily lunch specials. You can get the ribs by the half or full slab.
