I really love their BBQ

A Little place in a strip mall, VERY plain inside, but the BBQ is GREAT. Smoked right in-house, its still one of our favorites. NOT a place to "Go to dinner", but a place for a lunch, not a date, and definately a place to stop by and bring home.

Serves smoke shredded pork, shredded chicken, shredded beef brisket, and ribs. Sauce is always on the side, 2-3 types of sauce (homemade) available. When I need a barbque fix, this is the place I go to.... Not to any chain. Good work Guys!

If you're looking for an authentic barbeque taste that reflects traditional barbeque cooking style, look no further than Baby Back Blues Barbeque. Let me asssure you; this restaurant blows all other barbeques away! They have a real smoker which gives their ribs, pork, beef, and chicken a wonderful smoke flavor. It was refreshing to actually eat some barbeque that tasted authentic, not some mediocre, "run of the mill" barbeque that you find elsewhere. If you are looking for some real barbeque, then I would highly recommend visiting Baby Back Blues Barbeque. You will not be dissapointed!!!
