We finally got around to visiting the New Nick's Pizza & Pub in Elgin and what a thrill of a RIDE that visit was. I happened to go to Nick's on one of their fundraiser nights and the place a hopping! The fundraiser was for a little girl with cancer and 100% of the net profits was going to be given to the family for medical expenses. From the moment we walked in until the time we left the restaurant, there was much FUN, EXCITEMENT, JOY and just plain old happiness.

All of my worries from that day earlier dissapated the moment I walked into Nick's!
