This place is sort of like the McDonald's of Indian sweets and snacks. The counter area's even roped off into lanes so you can queue up when crowds form. (One lane is designated as the "chai express" lane, a sign of a place that obviously knows its customers well.) Entering, you're faced with a large menu board on the left and a tempting case full of brightly colored cookies, cakes and candies on the right. Place your order at the counter with one of the all-business cashiers, then take a seat at one in a multitude of tables filled with families and regulars sipping the house-made chai.
