Dino Agudo, the owner of this Bucktown cafe, loves soup. He loves soup so much, in fact, that he left behind his life as an attorney for the all-natural soup joint. Agudo, an avid recipe collector, features a seasonal rotation of about 90 different soups, from Italian wedding to minestrone to lobster bisque. (Summer brings more broth-based and chilled creations, while cream-based soups will step up to warm your belly in colder months.) Apart from soup, there are bottled drinks and an assortment of cookies from local vendors.
