Michelle Garcia opened this Bleeding Heart outpost in North Center in November of 2007 (the original West Town bakery is now closed). Look for a lineup of organic grab-n-go baked goods including cupcakes, tarts, teacakes, brownies and scones. Full-sized cakes are also available; build-your-own flavor and frosting combo, or choose one of the bakery’s specialty cakes (like carrot cake with cream cheese frosting). For now the savory choices include open-faced sandwiches and soups; look for the offerings to expand this spring.
