The Great American Bagel
A small shop, The Great American Bagel serves up soups and sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch to local businesses and families. The turkey club and California turkey with cucumber cream cheese, roast turkey, provolone cheese, cucumber, lettuce and tomato, both served on bagels, are such big hits that the restaurant sometimes goes through nearly 10 pounds of turkey a day. Everything is homemade, including the bagels, and the meat is cut fresh as well.
