Max's is considered by many to be the closest thing to a New York deli this side of Lake Superior. In fact, Max's corned beef and pastrami sandwiches are made from meats cured in New York, and kosher mustards imported from Brooklyn and the Bronx adorn the tables. The deli has cheese pizzas, tongue, brisket, a bounty of bagels, an assortment of sweets and frozen soups to take home.
