This funky little counter-service cafe in North Center serves Intelligentsia coffee and espresso drinks and vegan and vegetarian menu. It's also one of the only spots in the city specializing in Chemex-style coffee (a slow, made-to-order manual brew made with a special Chemex brand pot).
