This Prairie Trail plaza spot may be tiny in size and generic in appearance (the sign straight-forwardly displays "Bagels" in red), but it packs a ton of breakfast and lunch options. Freshly baked bagels range from basic whole-wheat and sesame to cheddar jalapeno, strawberry banana and French toast. More than a dozen homemade flavored cream cheeses dwell under the glass counter, including cherry vanilla, garlic and chive and a decadent chocolate studded with chocolate chips. Early-morning java fans flock in for several flavors of hot Green Mountain coffee. Mini pizzas are baked individually on bagel dough, and sandwiches are made-to-order on the bagel of your choice and include the tuna melt, veggie delight and rueben. Cases of bottled drinks and shelves of tea and coffee knick-knacks line the walls beside the counter.
