More than a dozen varieties of schnitzel are served amid authentic cuckoo clocks, teal tabletops and rosy trim. In addition to the obligatory wiener schnitzel, there's Gypsy schnitzel (with sauteed peppers and onion) and Hawaiian schnitzel (with ham, pineapple and cheese). The traditional German menu also includes roast pork, sauerbraten and dessert tortes. A two-man band (in lederhosen) plays everything from rock to oompa on weekends. Just don't try ordering a Miller Lite from the bar; American swill is verboten.
