Chicago Brauhaus: User Reviews
Chicago Brauhaus
4732 N. Lincoln Ave. - Chicago773-784-4444
The Brauhaus is one of the great gems in Chicago. The bar has a feel of a legitimate german drinking hall with polka dancing and songs... If you go, order the glass boot... This is honestly my favorite bar in Chicago.
Report This ReviewIt was very cozy, warm and lovely. On a little stage performers are playing and singing, couples are dancing on the floor, trays with huge steins of cold beer are floating in the air, food tastes delicious, everybody is having such a good time...
Report This ReviewThis restaurant takes you back to another world and the polka band makes it all worth it! Be sure to grab a boot filled with beer and pass it around your table - & don't put it down! If you see "Larry Bird" singing on stage well buy him a shot!!! The food is very good, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu.
Report This ReviewThis place is what it is. The shtick is a little cheesy, but it is pretty fun, and the food is actually pretty good too. Service has always been competent. Worth going.
