There is to much variety, just focus on what you do well, why are there doughnuts at bergoff cafe?? I want fast, good food. get back to the basics

When traveling to the west coast, I changed planes at Chicago and had breakfast at the Berghoff Cafe. I found the service fast and the food of good quality. I was pleased to find a FRESH fruit cup that was excellent. I'll stop again.
