This spin-off of Chicago's oldest restaurant (which opened in 1898) offers a taste of classic Chicago dining to the thousands of travelers who trek through the airport daily. Located in Terminal 1 (United), the clubby outpost, adorned with Tiffany stained glass and wood trim, cooks breakfast to order and serves up a number of hearty sandwiches, like corned beef and tuna artichoke. It's also not so German that it won't make pizza. The full bar includes the Berghoff's signature beer and root beer. For those catching flights, there are last-minute souvenirs and everything can be made to go.
