When Target opens a new location next door to Meadowbrook Shopping Center years ago it took a lot of traffic from it too. Not until recently we discover this nice place that is just overlooked by us. The big red light-sign says Bok Choy and nothing else but it is a Chinese and Pan-Asian cruisine. Filipino, Thai, Korean and Japanese are all served here, even Haiwaiian and Singaporean. I won't go to great detail as I didn't try everything. Food is great and service was great. I am going back for the Sunday brunch soon for the value. I've only seen the menu. They don't have a sign to announce the brunch either. They say they are getting one soon.
