Cakewalk Chicago is a great store for all things related to baking. The store has alot of hard to find ingredients like Powdered Glucose, Citric Acid and Isomalt, and Transfer Sheets. They have a ton of regular baking and cake decorating stuff too like cookie cutters, colored sugars, sprinkles, fondant and candy molds. It is certainly worth a visit to the South Side.
