I wish they would make Provence en Boite a bit more reliably good before moving onto another restaurant!

The Francois Chocolate bar is a very good destination on the upper east side in new York. The chocolate cakes are delicious and the flowerless cookies are to die for!!! I can't wait to come back!!!
