This Louisiana-based chain opened this Chicago outpost in the old Maxwell Street Market (now called University Village Marketplace). The 40-seat cafe's offers semi-self-service -- order at the counter and staffers will deliver it to your table. Look for 17 types of wing sauces, like the coconut curry "Bombay," the chipotle "Sante Fe" and the sweet-and-sour "Polynesian," plus three Buffalo versions. Other options will include quesadillas, wraps, sandwiches, "tossers" (chicken tenders), plus burgers like the "El Paso," topped with chili, Cheddar cheese, jalapeno rings and spicy mayo.
