Soupbox

A second location of Lake View's popular Soupbox has opened in River North, just west of the Mag Mile. The menu offers a dozen daily soups (like creamy potato leek, Mexican tortilla and lobster bisque), plus a dozen made-to-order salads (like the "apple berry" with romaine, apples, dried cranberries, blue cheese and raspberry vinaigrette). This location won't morph into the Icebox in the summer like the original; instead look for a selection of fresh-squeezed juices to debut before the mercury soars.
