Inside the historic dairy barn at Pheasant Run Resort & Spa, Harvest celebrates Heartland bounty with a decor of rich autumn hues and a menu presenting seasonal, contemporary American dishes, using regional and local products whenever possible, including aged beef, fresh seafood, and a variety of game. They bake their own bread fresh daily. House specialties include pan-seared Great Lakes whitefish and grilled Wisconsin-raised pheasant breast. Steak and chop offerings include a bone-in rib-eye steak, mustard-glazed double-cut pork chops and baby-back ribs. The wine list leans towards California and also highlights lesser-known regional wineries.
