The chicken is definitely great, but the pulled pork sandwich is a cut above.
Definitely better than most of the "BBQ" restaurants in the area. The spinach salad is also quite fresh and tasty made up of baby spinach and cadied pecans with crumbled blue cheese. Unbeatabe value as well. I wish there were more zero "ambiance" and 100% "substance" restaurants.

We recommend Feed as a place to meet with friends and BYOB. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. It's an inexpensive night out but it's also a delicious experience.

Comfort food, chicken and sides with a few tables to eat at. Bet to take home. A Boston Market without all the marketing. I enjoy the food in a casual setting.

Love this place. The chicken is good. I love putting my greends in a torilla with teh salsa! YUM. Also good is the mashed potatoes and gravy. Rotisserie chicken. Oh and you must have the bana pudding!

I LOVE this place. I haven't had anything there that wasn't awesome, and the prices are great for what you get. I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

Great place for a quick bite. Prices were reasonable, and chicken was delicious. The mac-n-cheese leaves a lot to be desired but the fried okra made up for it! Don't forget to bring a few beers with you.

right then, i usually check out a place ~ 4-5 times b4 writing a review...however, it gets a 4 star after only two visits. they stick w. the kiss system (that's keep it simple, stupid for all the office jocks)and it pays off in a big way. indie reigns supreme at this spot, paying homage to down home cooking like grandma used to do. rotisserie chicken, check. pork bbq, check. fried catfish or a burger, check. that's about it but that's all you need...well, that and some of the best homestyle sides chi has to offer (i reco the mashed w gravy and the utterly divine corn pudding) in short, the look and feel is minimal, kitschy but the food is maxed.com

One of my favorite casual spots in Chicago. Great food, unusual sides, big portions, inexpensive and friendly service. Definitely recommended it to friends.
