Well worth the price. I love meatloaf with mash potatos, and corn on the cobb.
The best in town! Everyone should give this place a try !

I was very excited when I saw the Meatloaf Bakery was opening up in LP. I do have to say that the concept is incredible and the place itself, while very small, is quite nice and inviting. The service was top notch and they even had some samples to try. I purchased two small cupcake size meatloafs and two small sides and the total was around $30. That would have been ok, except for the fact that you have to come home and spend 30 minutes heating it up. I will probably go back because it was quite good but I think their prices are a little out of line.

I wanted to love this place, but $25 for two cupcake meatloafs and a mac n cheese is crazy. Add to the fact that they weren't that good, matter of fact they gave my friend and I indigestion for the rest of the day. Go to Millers Pub in the Loop and get the open face meatloaf sandwich. It will knock your socks off and not give you indigestion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meatloaf dinner with four friends... for about $60 we got 5 meatloafs a mac and cheese and potatoes. We thought the Loaf-a-Roma (spaghetti and meatballs) scored high along with the No Buns About It (Bacon Cheddar Burger). We picked up the food, heated the loafs (muffins) in the oven for 20 minutes, nuked the taters (add a little butter to the top) and ate our hearts out.
To all those who say its overpriced, remember that you have to sell a lot of meat loaf to pay rent in Lincoln Park. This is a nice way to have dinner at home with no effort and some distinctive food... god knows we could all use less dinners out in the new economy!
Happy Eating...

Talk about meatloaf nirvana, this place has the best meatloaf anywhere, including mom's kitchen. I've tried a few, loved them all, but can't get enough of the Mother Loaf and El Loafo del Fuego. The storefront and 'pastry' setup are so cute, and the meatloaves themselves are little works of art. Way to go!!!! I'll be back for more yummy meatloaf.
