"Drink local!" is the rallying cry at this brewpub coming to Logan Square, hoping to open by the end of December. Josh Deth, who also co-owns Wicker Park vegetarian spot Handlebar, plans to have 14 taps pouring Revolution brews and other local craft beers. (A bottle list is in the works too. Expect Belgians and some other worthy non-local brews.) The menu will feature beer-friendly pub fare, including pizzas from a big hearth-style oven on the dining room floor. Ingredients, of course, will be sourced locally whenever possible. Deth and co. are pursuing green practices as they gut and rehab the 100-plus-year-old building that will house the brewpub, maintaining and repurposing some original elements. In the main-floor dining room and bar, look for a pressed tin ceiling, exposed brick and original timber, weathered maple floors and—one critical new addition—shiny fermentation tanks. The basement level will serve as a cellar (Revolution plans some barrel-aged offerings down the line), while the second-floor loft will host private events
