This pork- and beef-free restaurant, which has two sister spots on the South Side, branched out to the Austin neighborhood in August 2008. This location has added amenities, namely fast-casual sit-down service with seating for 40 at breakfast, lunch and dinner. (The other two outposts are carryout-focused.) Breakfast offerings include pancakes with bananas, three-egg omelets, and smothered turkey chops and with eggs and country-style potatoes. Lunch highlights include a Maxwell Street-style turkey Polish, a shrimp-stuffed pizza puff and Southern Fried chicken with buttermilk biscuits and grits. Fried catfish, smothered chicken and pasta primavera with Quench's "Five-Soul" seasoning make the dinner lineup.
