Ponte Fresco

This fast-casual spot features built-to-order salads, soups and sandwiches. Start at one end of the counter and work your way down while choosing greens, toppings and dressing to create a custom salad, which is then mixed and chopped in front of you. Sandwiches like the everything-but-the-kitchen-sink club (honey ham, roasted turkey, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, Swiss cheese, tomato, mayo and seasoning) and soups such as lobster bisque and apple-butternut squash are also available. Ponte Fresco has a bit of a green bent too: Many ingredients are organic, and the disposable cutlery is made from a bio-degradable corn base.
