"Chicago? Oh, yeah. Al Capone." Chicagoans cringe every time they tell people where they live and they get this inevitable response. But hey, this is America, where one person's embarrassment is someone else's marketing opportunity,

The two-hour tour starts at the Rock 'n' Roll McDonald's on Clark Street, where a black bus awaits the curious and takes them to famous gangster hit spots and hot spots including the St. Valentine's Day Massacre site, Holy Name Cathedral, the Biograph Theatre (the ambush site of John Dillinger, where the "Lady in Red" betrayed him) and the flower shop of Capone's North Side rival Dion O'Banion (who Capone "rubbed out").

Instead of using tour guides, the company employs actors dressed as gangsters and sporting gangster-type names. Gimmick souvenirs are distributed on board, including cigars and bulbs of garlic (one gangster rubbed bullets with garlic thinking if the bullet didn't kill the guy, the infection would). The information the boys "tells you's guys" is historically accurate and has been scripted to be fun yet informative.
