The Old Town School of Folk Music moved its offices, its concert hall, and its adult
classes to a new building in Lincoln Square in September 1998. The old building is now
the Old Town School of Folk Music Children's Center, with music, art, theater and dance
classes for children aged 6 months to 14 years. The music store, the Little Strummer, sells
child-sized guitars, violins and ukeleles, and rents instruments for classes.
