The absolute worst venue, ever, period. I have been going to concerts, at least one per week, for the last 15 years. With the Disturbed show, this is the first time I have ever experienced being shoved off of the floor and into the balcony. The first set of tickets I purchased were on the FLOOR in FRONT of the STAGE. I returned from a hectic schedule to find that I was forced to exchange my seats for ones on the BALCONY where I can BARELY SEE THE BANDS. Not only that, I received no refund as all the tickets were the SAME PRICE. They knew about the change when they switched the show from the Aragon TWO MONTHS BEFORE the announcement that everyone must exchange their tickets. It should have been at that point the exchange took place, not one week before the concert.
