I'm definitely going back constantly. Free tickets, full bar, great feel and ambience. Spending my Halloween Eve night at Lakeshore with Varietease Cabaret (because I like Burlesque...no, I just like seeing boobs). Aqua Teen Hunger Force Live in a few weeks too. Gonna be awesome!

I've been to Lakeshore Theater several times through promotions. Drinks are a little expensive but tickets are cheap and there is no drink minimum. This place never fails to impress me. It's great to see Chicago comics and occassionally some famous faces make an appearance such as Robin Williams. Definitely worth a visit or two if you enjoy stand up comedy.

This is an awesome neighborhood venue where they let you take drinks into the theater as of the las time I was there. The quality of acts has improved dramically since they opened, and the atmosphere is always lively and friendly. Great for a before bars something-to-do or late night fun. Their comedy acts are really outstanding. They even offer family programs for the weekend matinees a lot. Ya gotta go!
