I went to the Abbey hoping to see a few cover bands. Instead I received lousy service and a waitress who used profanity. I never got my food order and the martinis were terrible. I ended up walking out. I'll never go to the Abby Again.

went out with some friends to try something new...and what did we get at the abbey? a $12 entry fee to terrible music and like 10 other people in the whole place. girls in leotards (80's retro) attire were dancing around like idoits and the alcohol selection was terrible! we couldnt get out fast enough.

Thinking of eating here before a concert there? Think again. We waited for an hour night when the kitchen lost our ticket. They didn't even notice until we complained. After the waitress told us the ticket was lost and told us she would get us a discount, we waited another thirty minutes for our food - which was all very easy to make sandwiches that should have taken five minutes. Then the bill came, and it was all full price. We asked to see the manager, and the waitress ran interference, finally discounting our bill by about 15% - definitely not acceptable for that level of bad service. Additionally, we never heard even a courtesy apology for our inconvenience. We ended up missing the first bad that played the show because of this fiasco, even though we purposely went early to enjoy a leisurely meal. You can bet I won't be returning.

We went to the Abbey Pub for St. Patrick's Day and my friend's birthday with a large group. Miraculously we were able to get two tables together upstairs at about 6:30pm we didn't get served by our waitress for a good hour and a half couldn't order food or drinks from her. We didn't get our food until 9:30 pm. The manager didn't give a hoot and started yelling at our waitress for his poor judgement in staffing the evening. He never offered an apology or anything to us . I'm never going back. I suggest you don't go either.
