I went to the Wild Hare for my 21st birthday and had the time of my life. The live band was awsome and the bartender was very nice and could mix the hell out of a drink. I advise EVERYONE 2 go.

Laid back and fun! Good music. Nice mixture of a crowd, everyone is there enjoying themselves. Highly recommended, especially if you've never been to a reggae bar.

Love this place! Not your typical Wrigleyville/Lincoln Park yuppie frat boy bar - in fact, it's completely the opposite.

Even if you're not really into reggae music, The Wild Hare will pleasantly force feed it to you. The atmosphere is undescribable and there is an overall warmth felt upon entering. I am a definite reggae fan but I can see how the reggae beginner could feel right at home. The people are nice and the service always comes with a smile. No food, but the "jerk chicken" truck is always parked conveniently outside with enough food to go around. Four stars for sure. If I lived in the city it would probably be my every week spot.

This was my first try at a Reggae club. I've literally been to clubs all over the world, (rock & roll, country, R & B) you name it. This place is definetly at the top of my list. Great crowd, even better music, and very inviting. I'll go back again and again.
