I must say, I actually enjoyed myself here. We went because we really had nothing else better to do and we were bored, but this spot is really good. the food was good, and I now like listening to the blues! I'm telling you, give this place a chance, you will not regret it!
Report This ReviewThe music never disappoints and it is a great divey venue for real chicago blues. The staff is very friendly and attentive and for $10 on any random night you can see some great performances
Report This ReviewFood was surprisingly good; music was excellent, ambience just right. Big but: when the great Carlos Johnson came on (and this is who I came to hear)the sound system was wonked up so loud I had to leave after the first set. Big fat zero where it counts the most.
Report This ReviewThis is the epitome of what a true Chicago Blues bar should be. And how could it not be given the owner (who by the way, hangs out at the corner of the bar on his off nights) Everyone should make this a destination while entertaining out of town guests or whenever you get an itching for great live music. I was not a blues fan until I met the blues at Legends! Check out Buddy's January shows - simply amazing. He could make a blues fan out of anybody! The staff is very down to earth and fun - food is great and the music is awesome.
Report This ReviewThis club rocks! Went to Legends last Wednesday for dinner and the show. Dinner was good and Lindsey "Hoochi Man" Alexander and band were great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Go to Legends if you get the chance.
Report This ReviewCatfish dinner tasted great, with a reasonable price. Waitstaff friendly.
Music fanfastic, Jimmy Burns Band played great, followed by jam session, having so much fun, stayed later then I should have. Will be back my next trip to chicago.
