Stop that sequel!

"Forrest Gump" (1994)

This Best Picture winner closed with Best Actor Tom Hanks watching a feather fly away, reflecting on his wild life, his deceased love Jenny (Robin Wright) and little Forrest (Haley Joel Osment), whose dad has lots of crazy stories to pass down. A sweet ending that allows the story to continue on in our heads.

Possible sequel: Forrest Jr. is now pushing 20 and refuses to do anything with his life, content to live off his dad's millions made from the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. Forrest Sr. must learn to lay down the law or not see his boy accomplish even one fraction of the things he did. Title: "Forrest Chump."
