Good luck finding Winchester six shooters, they made rifles :-) Try Colt Navys in .36 or maybe .40 caliber... That is a stylin' getup though! wikipedia.org/wiki/Colt_1851_Navy_Revolver

"Steal the style: Pocket watch, two loaded six-shooters (preferably Winchesters)" - I've never seen a Winchester six-shooter! Jesse James carried six-shooters but I'd assume they were from Colt, or maybe Smith & Wesson. He might have had a Winchester rifle . . . .
