This movie doesn't work on any level. What a waste of two marvelous talents. No chemistry. Could they fit one more depressing thing into this pathetic movie? If you are expecting a romantic-comedy, this is not the movie to see.

I have read several reviews that rate this movie as excellent, however, I found it painful to say the least. Even though I like Dustin Hoffman, his character never developed, he continually looked at Emma with a contrived smile on his face. There was no chemistry between the two characters and the plot seemed to have more holes and unanswered questions than I could accept. Obviously some people liked it, however, my wife and I both felt it was a major waste of money.
