I guess I can stomach the knowledge of where our food comes from because my and my family's food no longer comes from that place. We consider people like Joel Salatin and Michael Pollan national heroes. This film may be an eye-opener for many people. It's old news for many of us...and we've been working to separate ourselves from the food brokers and manufacturers. If we can do it, anyone can. And by the by, my family doesn't have a lot of money. We're not elitists following the latest trends. My favorite movie on that subject: The Road to Wellville.
