10. "Westworld" (1973)

The robot: The Gunslinger

The program: A futuristic amusement park provides guests the chance to fulfill their wildest whims in a world populated by sexy fembots, synthetic knights,and robot cowboys. Then something goes haywire and the androids totally freak out and start killing the guests.

The result: Yul Brynner’s Gunslinger feels a little primitive by 21st Century standards, but he does endure an especially awesome face melting situation.
