"Dave Chappelle’s Block Party" (2006)
With his dearly departed television program, comedian Dave Chappelle established a reputation for insanely good musical guests, but that was nothing compared to this full-length film featuring an all-star hip-hop line-up including Kanye West, the Roots, Erykah Badu, Talib Kweli and Common. It also boasts a brief—and reportedly final—reunion of Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill and Pras Michel as the Fugees.
But it's not just the music that's incredible, it's also Chappelle himself. Many concert films have useless or uninteresting interludes, but Chappelle keeps the offstage happenings popping, especially when he's gifting the residents of his small Ohio town with a trip to New York and tickets to the concert.
