"300" director Zack Snyder can't get enough of graphic novels. Now, he's tackling the genre's 800-pound gorilla, a sprawling epic about superheroes faced with various moral, philosophical and psychological dilemmas in a parallel history where Nixon remained President into the 1980s. Snyder better hope "The Dark Knight" paved the way for audiences to deal with more complex superhero stories, because something tells us this isn't what "Fantastic Four" fans are dying to see.
