Hot or not: Hot. “Perfect” didn’t exactly live up to its title but it laid a solid foundation for future success. The quality of her films has been questionable and the grosses erratic but her extensive resume—“The Object of My Affection,” “Rock Star,” “Along Came Polly,” "Friends with Money," “Rumor Has It,” “The Break-Up”—makes Aniston the role model for TV stars looking to hit it big in the movies.

Up next: It’s a big year for Jen. August’s ensemble driven “He’s Just Not That Into You” co-stars Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly and Scarlett Johansson. September brings “Management,” with Steve Zahn. And she’s slated to film indie romance “Traveling,” opposite Aaron Eckhart, and “Marley & Me,” with Owen Wilson.
