Early days
Mac's acting career began with comedic supporting roles in films including "Mo Money," "House Party 3," "Friday," "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood," "B*A*P*S" and "Booty Call."
He also had a recurring role on the UPN sit-com "Moesha," a small part in Spike Lee's drama "Get On the Bus" and stole the comedy "What's the Worst That Could Happen?" [pictured] from more-successful-at-the-time star Martin Lawrence. Clearly bigger things were to come...

Bernie will be Sorely missed, Like another of my Favorite comedians (Robin Harris) he died when he was Hot.
