Objective: Annoying the hell out of the world, then killing everyone
Lasers? Ray guns that trap people in cotton candy. (Not to mention, killer shadow puppets and bloodhound balloon animals.)
Weaknesses: Those big red noses
Chance of actually happening: 98% (the country has been run by clowns for the last eight years, perhaps paving the way for a Killer Klown invasion?)
