Cool DC references, but plot is laughable

If you want to see cool special effects and references to Washington, DC, then you've got it. Nothing cooler than knowing where "10th and Constitution" is when they say it on the big screen. High energy, fun to watch, but don't get caught up in thinking anything from this movie would ever be a realistic idea. There's some clear separation between Hollywood and real life. Oh, and Michelle Monaghan super hot! Made me want to Google her after the movie. Shh!

Decent movie, not the best of 2008

there are a couple hokey parts that prevent this from being a very good movie, but as action thrillers go, you could do worse.

a good rental in the near future.

if i had to complete 1 task to win a million bucks and my choices were watching this movie again or tearing off finger nails one by one...it would be a tough decision.

The first time is saw the trailer i tough i was seeing matrix 1 when morfeus was telling neo what to do to scape the building just when the agents where going to get him. idk if anybody felt the same. i hope its a good movie...
