Biggest gyp in the city....

Biggest gyp in the city. If the wind is not strong enough, they let you sit and float in the water. They do not activate the engines until it is time to sail back. They claim it is sailing even though you sit in one spot floating. With all the other boat rides available at Navy Pier, I would never go on the Windy again.
