And for those wondering about the Cold Comfort space, check out Birchwood Kitchen above. (We've also looked into Sweet Thang, and unfortunately, it doesn't look like that space will have a second life as a bakery or restaurant.)

As for the South Side, check out our leads on Simone's Bar, Lula Cafe's spinoff and Ristorante al Teatro, all aiming to open in Pilsen in early 2009.
