Union Street Gallery exhibits 53 works of art from all over the nation that explore all aspects of food and its cultural significance including cultivation, distribution, preparation, consumption, and appreciation. This exhibit juried by artist, educator, and curator Shannon Stratton. Many of the exhibiting artists present at reception to discuss their work. Award winners announced at 7:30 p.m. As part of the exhibit, Chicago artist and chef Eric May does an artist talk at Union Street from 1-3 p.m. on March 7. The exhibit continues until March 28.
