This fitness class is going to a local park. The health benefits of yoga are combined with the relaxation of being outdoors. Tone your muscles, increase flexibility, and feel relaxed as you prepare to start another school year. Whether you want to build strength, improve your posture or gain more flexibility- think yoga. Programs are for students in seventh to twelfth grade and are offered free of charge.
